Bidding

Send your bids to our Webmaster, Robert Littrell, via e-mail or regular mail. No phone bids will be accepted. Bidding will close one second before midnight Pacific Standard Time (PST) on SUNDAY, AUGUST 4^th. The date and time on the e-mails or the postmark of the letters will be used to resolve tie bids. If the postmark on the letter is not legible, or does not indicate a time of day, any tying bid received on the same date via e-mail will take precedence. Please pay attention to the bidding increments listed by price range under "Auction Rules".

By clicking on the link in the last column you will generate an email to the Webmaster and Secretary. The lot number will show up in the "Subject" line of the email. All you have to do to bid is to state your BID, NAME and ADDRESS. Your bid will be posted on the auction listing shortly after it is received. A bidder's number will be assigned to you and you will be notified of that number by return email. If there is any problem with your bid, you will be notified via e-mail. If you have problems generating the emails to bid on the lots, simply send the Webmaster a regular e-mail with all of your bids.

Bids under the minimum bids will be accepted for lots over $20.00, but only those where the underbid is at least 60% of the stated minimum bid. Final acceptance of any underbid will be subject to the seller's decision to sell or not to sell after the auction closes. Bids under the minimum bid amount will be posted in a pink box in the last column. Bids at or over the minimum bid price will be posted in a green box in the last column.

Envíe sus ofertas a nuestro Webmaster, Robert Littrell, vía e-mail o por correo. No se aceptarán ofertas por teléfono. Las ofertas se cerrarán el domingo 4 de agosto un segundo antes de la medianoche, hora del Pacífico de los Estados Unidos (PST). La fecha y hora de los e-mails o de los matasellos de las cartas se usarán para decidir ofertas iguales por un lote. Si los matasellos de las cartas no son legibles o no indican la hora, se le dará preferencia a cualquier oferta igual recibida vía e-mail. Favor de poner atención a los incrementos aceptables según el rango de las ofertas que se indican en la sección de "Auction Rules".

Para enviar una oferta, pulse sobre el enlace en la última columna de la línea del lote para generar un e-mail para enviar su oferta por el lote. El número del lote aparecerá en la línea del tema del mensaje. Para someter su oferta simplemente tiene que indicar su oferta en USD, su nombre y dirección postal.
