Bidding

Send your bids automatically for each lot from our auction listings. If you encounter any difficulties in doing so, send your bids to our Webmaster, Robert Littrell, via e-mail for posting on our website. No phone bids will be accepted. Bidding will close at midnight Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2020. The date and time on the e-mails or the postmark of the letters will be used to resolve tie bids. If the postmark on the letter is not legible, or does not indicate a time of day, any tying bid received on the same date via e-mail will take precedence. Please pay attention to the bidding increments listed by price range under "Auction Rules".

By clicking on the link in the last column you will generate an email to the Webmaster and Secretary. The lot number will show up in the "Subject" line of the email. Please verify that the number shown corresponds to the lot of your interest in case we have made a mistake in the listing. All you have to do to bid is to state your BID, NAME and ADDRESS. Your bid will be posted on the auction listing shortly after it is received. A bidder's number will be assigned to you and you will be notified of that number by return email. If there is any problem with your bid, you will be notified via e-mail. If you have problems generating the emails to bid on the lots, simply send the Webmaster a regular e-mail with all of your bids.

Bids under the minimum bids will be accepted for lots over $20.00, but only those where the underbid is at least 60% of the stated minimum bid. Final acceptance of any underbid will be subject to the seller's decision to sell or not to sell after the auction closes. Bids under the minimum bid amount will be posted in a pink box in the last column. Bids at or over the minimum bid price will be

posted in a green box in the last column.
